World Taiji Day

Danielle Muller from The Village Square Trust

Last Saturday 30th April was World Taiji (Tai Chi) Day! Tai Chi practicers and enthusiasts around the world celebrated by engaging in Tai Chi at 10am local time in their respective countries.

One of our amazing Tai Chi tutors, Jackie Yan, led a free Tai Chi taster session in the Jubilee Hall for anyone who wished to participate. The hall was full and we had a great turnout for the event. Jackie said "I have never done Taiji with such a large group together before and the 'vibe' was amazing.”

Thank you so much to Jackie for leading this amazing event and to everyone who came down to join in the celebration 🌏💛

Poll: Should all neighbours have to contribute to improvements?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.

When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?
