Sincere Thanks
Yesterday, Wednesday, I tripped over in a construction area in Albert St. It was not good, and I was taken away in an ambulance etc. I just wanted to say a HUGE thank you to the couple with the beautiful 1yr old boy, who stood with me for so long as I lay on the ground in pain and feeling ill. They were calm and supportive and just very kind.
You are most appreciated, I wish I'd been in a state to ask your names.
Also, the construction workers who stayed with me til the ambulance came...cheers for that, nice to not be alone.
Thank you soo much,
Lisa

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
