There are several serviced offices on various floors. These are suitable for 2-6 persons and all operating expenses are included in the rent. The only expense is putting in furniture and connecting an internet provider. These are popular with barristers, solicitors (close to district court) marketing companies and overseas companies that require registration in New Zealand.
