Fire-ravaged house for sale for upwards of $1.6 million
Hi neighbours, a Kingsland house partially destroyed by a fire is on the market - and its owners are hoping it will fetch more than $1.6 million. The property, on a nearly 1000sqm section, is being marketed to "investors, DIY homeowners and land bankers". The use of the term "landbankers" appears to have drawn ire from a mystery vandal who has defaced the real estate sign, writing "WTF not okay" in spray paint.
