So we asked the experts: which era of building is the most difficult to renovate: Villas or bungalows? Art deco or 1940s? 1950s and state houses? Or mid-century and 1970s homes?

Conducted by Rita Paczian, who is celebrating her 25th anniversary as Music & Artistic Director of Bach Musica NZ, this concert will be a wonderful way to commence the Christmas season.
