I'm looking for a female flattie for a double room in Mt Wellington Penrose Road, House has alarm and outdoor cameras. 2 off road parking available. Room has a double wardrobe, pillowtop queen bed, a desk, large wall mirror and book shelf. House has 2 toilets one bathroom and clean. Can come unfurnished if preferred.
