Katrina Browne - Local Naturopath
Hi!! 👋 just thought I’d introduce myself properly for those that haven’t met me yet…
I’m Kat (short for Katrina 😄) and I’m based in St Heliers, Auckland. I have three kids (boy, girl, boy), and a very energetic border collie who likes to take us for about 3 walks a day. More if he could!
I'm really passionate about using natural medicine to help people get better….truly better, not just temporarily putting a plaster on the symptoms, but to get to the real cause of why those awful, debilitating symptoms are happening in the first place. 🥲 Naturopaths are health detectives and we love nothing more than solving your health problems 🔎.
It is so rewarding seeing patients become well, feel amazing, and regain their old spark and zest for life again. I love taking the extra time to hold my patients hands through their treatment plans, to make sure they are on track and feel really supported. ❤️
My wish is to make natural medicine more accessible to everyone and that’s why I offer cheaper online consultations as well as in-clinic (face to face consultations). I also offer my local community home visits too. That way, I hope to reach everyone that needs help. 🥰
These are just some of the things that I can help with…
🌿 Fatigue
🌿 Mood & Anxiety
🌿 Skin
🌿 Hormonal problems
🌿 Gut issues
🌿 Sleep difficulties
🌿 Complex cases... and much much more.
That's a little bit about me, wishing you a happy week everyone!! ❤️❤️

Poll: Do you think banning gang patches is reasonable?
With the government cracking down on gangs, it is now illegal for gang members to display their insignia in public places whether through clothing or their property.
This means arrests can be made if these patches are worn in places like restaurants, shops, on public transport or ferries, and on airplanes. Arrests were made recently at a funeral.
Do you think this ban is reasonable?
