Prioritise your health.

Katrina Browne from Katrina Browne Naturopath

Quite often, when your body gives signals that it’s not well, or out of balance, we ignore it, we put up with it, and try to continue on with our daily lives. I like to call these body signals ‘red flags.’ 🚩

Red flags can be ongoing body pain, severe anxiety, chronic fatigue, frequent migraines, stomach pain, menstrual issues, skin problems. and so much more. Quite often, it’s not until we’re in a really bad state of health that we finally seek help. Sometimes it’s too late.

So why do we do this to ourselves? Well, the theory is that the first step is always the hardest to accomplish because you have zero momentum. You have to pick up out of nowhere and begin, and that’s really hard. Often, you may not even know where to begin so you avoid attending to your health issues altogether. You put up with feeling cranky, anxious, exhausted, or in pain. You’re not feeling good, so you’re not enjoying life. But wouldn’t it be great to feel balanced and full of vitality again. Why wait until you’ve fallen off the edge of the cliff? 🚑

It’s so much easier to get your health back on track when you make the first step as soon as your body signals to you that it needs help.

Take the first step now, and your body will really thank you...❤️

Poll: Should all neighbours have to contribute to improvements?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.

When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?
