Plant Valerian root traditionally used for relaxation, anxiety and sleep support. It is well known used for centuries and well supported by scientific research. I am a qualified naturopath with current practicing certificate and able to provide my professional advise on this plant. Just plant it to any soil, no special care required. Watch it to grow and mature. Next summer it will flower with tender white flowers, in the autum you can collect the root, wash and dry. Use it as a tea.
