Stress sets up a cascade of physiological reactions in our body and minds. How we handle stress can put much wear and tear on our body and mind. This can play a major role in determining our level of wellbeing.
Stress management is about developing our ability to improve our immediate and long term responses to stress. We’ll be taking a holistic approach to developing a multifaceted and practical toolbox of ideas to combat stress.

We are looking for babies 6 months old and younger for the second year medical students for the HELD project (Human Early Life Development).
Pairs of medical students would arrange a suitable time to visit your home over an 18 month period. They need to do 7 visits over this time, each roughly 1.5 hours long during this time and will essentially be observing and asking a lot of questions to better understand child behaviour and development and completing a workbook. If you are interested please email us at heldstudy@auckland.ac.nz or see our attached brochure for more information.
