If you are interested in acupuncture, Chinese medicine or perhaps wellness and relaxation massage this is your opportunity to find out more about the courses available at the NZ College of Chinese Medicine.

Come to our Auckland Campus OPEN DAY on Saturday, 15th of June – enjoy a campus tour, obtain course information and if you wish, have free acupuncture services in our clinic.

Stress sets up a cascade of physiological reactions in our body and minds. How we handle stress can put much wear and tear on our body and mind. This can play a major role in determining our level of well-being.

Stress management is about developing our ability to improve our immediate and long term responses to stress. We’ll be taking a holistic approach to developing a multifaceted and practical toolbox of ideas to combat stress. (½ day).

Jane is a naturopath, medical herbalist, nutritionist and counsellor. She works at Women’s Centre Waitakere as a counsellor (narrative therapy) and has her own business.
