Hi Neighbours, can you guess what percent of New Year Resolutions are still going in Feb? I will reply the answer tomorrow!

But I bet you know, not a lot! Maybe you want to improve your mental health and wellbeing, but might not know where to start?

If you are looking to do that, then come and join with a small group for a mindfulness session of ease and peace. The session includes gentle movement and relaxing simple meditation to soothe body and mind, and to give a bit of space to set intentions which have the potential to free up the areas of your life that feel stuck.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
