The easy Velcro dots at the neck make them easy and safe to put on and remove. We are looking forward to having some cape fun at Uplands once the paint dries.

Over that time the people who do my mindfulness courses report they get sustainable change which helps them manage stress in their lives.
As Hana said at the end of the course earlier this year: “It has been highly helpful to learn my own thought patterns that caused my stress.”
That sort of understanding doesn’t come from a quick read or talk about mindfulness. It comes from a significant 8-week project and the new habits embedded during that time.
I reckon two months is not much when you think of the effect of that change over a whole life!
