BMX Racing in Wiri
Come along this Thursday and give BMX racing a go.
New riders are always welcome at Manukau Taniwha BMX Club - ages 5 to adult.
Thursday club nights start at 5.15pm at our track in Colin Dale Park, 87 Prices Road, Wiri. If you are new or need to use club gear please aim to arrive at 5pm.
Please come wearing a long sleeve top, long pants, shoes with socks that cover the ankles and water to drink.
Our 'Have A Go' membership is a great way to test out the sport! The first night is a free trial, then $35 covers the next 3 sessions, including bike, helmet and gloves.
Any cancellation of this club night will be posted to Facebook @taniwhabmx prior to 4.30pm

Whether it’s a courgette takeover or a feijoa frenzy, don’t let those garden gems go to waste!
Our suggestion to you: Did you know you can grate and freeze excess courgettes to use in chocolate cake later? It sounds a bit dodgy, but it makes the cake incredibly moist ... and hey, it counts as a serving of veg, right? 🍫
