Spiritual Retreat Day for Christian Women
Feeling tired, overwhelmed and struggling? Unable to find time and space to connect with God? Do you need a breakthrough?
About this event
Welcome to the Garden of the Soul - a spiritual retreat for Christian women.
Join us as we set aside time and space for God. Gardens need tender love and care and so does our spiritual life. Come along to relax, slow down and pause.
Now is the perfect time to focus on your relationship with God and prepare your spiritual garden for new growth.
This will be a very special experience, a day of worship, prayer and connecting with other women from all over Auckland.
Let’s take some time out together to listen to the Holy Spirit and allow God to nourish us so that we can overflow with blessings for others.
This event will be hosted by Joanne Hand, Staci McLean, Melanie Dunford and worship will be led by Nitika Ennion and her husband, Jim.
Receive, Refresh, Reinspired & Reconnected

Got more greens than you know what to do with? 🥦🌱🥕
Whether it’s a courgette takeover or a feijoa frenzy, don’t let those garden gems go to waste!
Our suggestion to you: Did you know you can grate and freeze excess courgettes to use in chocolate cake later? It sounds a bit dodgy, but it makes the cake incredibly moist ... and hey, it counts as a serving of veg, right? 🍫

Poll: Are you still heading to your local for your caffeine fix, or has the $$ changed your habits? ☕
Auckland has a thriving cafe culture, but with costs climbing, that culture is under pressure. We’ve seen the headlines about recent closures across the country, and it’s a tough pill to swallow along with a $6+ coffee.
We all want our favourite spots to stay open, but we also have to balance our own budgets ⚖️
We want to know: How are you handling the "coffee math" in 2026? Are you still heading to your local for a chat and a caffeine fix, or has the cost of living changed your habits?
