The Trust provides sport and recreation services from Kolmar and provide support services to clubs. Located at 295 Great South Road, Papatoetoe, Auckland, Kolmar is a multi-sport facility comprising fields, 6 Tennis and  Netball courts, artificial Hockey turf, an indoor centre, a strength training room, function and meeting rooms and 3 Bowling greens.

Kolmar is home to 13 sport and community groups who share the facilities to keep the cost of sport and recreation down. Kolmar is used extensively by the wider community including Schools, local clubs, community groups, RSO’s, NSO’s and local residents. Kolmar opened in partnership with Council in 2011 and was recognised as the country’s most outstanding recreation facility in 2013 by the New Zealand Recreation Association.
