Vest made in Asia in the 90's, out of Jeans type of material with Silver chains and buttons. Some of the silver buttons have rusted but they still look great. Maybe you can replace the rusted buttons with new ones.
Measurement from underarm left to right is 56 cm. The length about 50 cm.
