Free Yoga Nidra Sessions โ Looking for Volunteers ๐ธ
Hi Neighbours! ๐
Iโve recently completed my Yoga Nidra Teacher Training, and as part of my preparation for the final exam in mid-October, I need to practice guiding sessions once a week with a small group.
If youโve ever been curious about Yoga Nidra, this is a wonderful opportunity to experience it for free!
Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing guided meditation that:
๐ฟ Helps with anxiety, stress, and insomnia
๐ Releases tension from body and mind
๐ซ Supports positive changes in your life
Session Details:
๐ Starting next week
๐ Thursday evenings (7:00โ7:30 PM) or Sunday afternoons (time to arrange together)
๐ The location will depend on group size:
โโโ If small, we can meet at my home in One Tree Hill
โโโ If larger, I will arrange the Scout Hall in Panmure
The session itself is 30 minutes, but please allow around one hour including setting up and time for any questions.
No experience is needed โ just bring a mat, a couple of pillows, and a blanket.
If youโre interested, please message me and let me know which day you would prefer โ Thursday evening or Sunday afternoon.
Your help would be greatly appreciated, and Iโd love to share this beautiful practice with you! ๐
Auckland, why are we so excited about a new store? ๐๐
I think weโve all seen the traffic notices and headlines about the new IKEA by now!
So hereโs the question: why do we get so excited when a new store opens? Convenience? Curiosity? A reason for a weekend outing? Weโd love to hear your thoughts!
