Free Yoga Nidra Sessions β Looking for Volunteers πΈ
Hi Neighbours! π
Iβve recently completed my Yoga Nidra Teacher Training, and as part of my preparation for the final exam in mid-October, I need to practice guiding sessions once a week with a small group.
If youβve ever been curious about Yoga Nidra, this is a wonderful opportunity to experience it for free!
Yoga Nidra is a deeply relaxing guided meditation that:
πΏ Helps with anxiety, stress, and insomnia
π Releases tension from body and mind
π« Supports positive changes in your life
Session Details:
π Starting next week
π Thursday evenings (7:00β7:30 PM) or Sunday afternoons (time to arrange together)
π The location will depend on group size:
βββ If small, we can meet at my home in One Tree Hill
βββ If larger, I will arrange the Scout Hall in Panmure
The session itself is 30 minutes, but please allow around one hour including setting up and time for any questions.
No experience is needed β just bring a mat, a couple of pillows, and a blanket.
If youβre interested, please message me and let me know which day you would prefer β Thursday evening or Sunday afternoon.
Your help would be greatly appreciated, and Iβd love to share this beautiful practice with you! π

Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens arenβt seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days β the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, whoβs made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
