Church Street & Spring street backing onto St Joseph's primary school who vicious kicked a friendly light/dark grey 2 year old tom cat so badly we took him to the vet & had to have him put to sleep because of the injuries sustained from that kicking. This beautiful, intelligent, friendly cat who we name Mr Friendly, had been visiting us for the past 6-8 months his only fault would have been him being inquisitive & over friendly he wouldn't have been hungry as he was a well looked after boy both by us & his owners. Unfortunately we didn't get the vet to check whether he was micro-chipped. if this was your boy, we have buried him in our back yard under
the bird of paradise that he loved to lounge under & bird-watch.

Hi Neighbours,
can anyone recommend a reasonably priced, reliable gardener (or gardeners) who knows his/her plants and trees, to help out in a garden than needs some TLC. Immediate requirements are digging, planting, weeding and trimming but help with landscaping later.
Thanks!

There are at least 15 car yards on Great North Rd, most of which don't have loading facilities on their properties.
Pedestrians have reported ramps being lowered on the road, cars being reversing into oncoming traffic, cyclists struggling to navigate around them and a transporter parked completely over the top of a pedestrian island.
The plans included incorporating loading zones for vehicles including car transporters, removing the flush median and installing speed tables (like elongated speed bumps) to manage speed.
Do you think this is an effective fix? Let us know in the comments.

It's so good knowing that he's so happy and well cared for when spending his days there. Such a relief for a parent. I wanted to put this out there as I really struggled to make a decision about childcare and I was very keen to get suggestions / recommendations. So I hope this is useful to someone!
