Scrapped the last idea of a tram but we could use the existing railway to Onehunga extend it over the cycle track bridge into Mangere and later over the marshes to the airport.
We may need to build an extra platform at Greenlane station to allow airport express to overtake the local slow trains.

In 2023, we had good feedback on securing properties and getting onto the property ladder with a pre-approval.
With the demand for properties continues, we expect 2024 there would be good opportunities for first home buyers to secure their own.

I do hope Watercare use the Jan' 'actual' to assess the Feb' charges for water. I do make an effort to not waste water. Watercare must make a lot of money by choosing the highest assessments.

And last week I finally found two fairly recent and affordable Apple Watches from a Pawn shop to keep tabs on our pulse, oxygen level, and activity.
Turns out my wife isn’t a watch person - still made her wear it for a day so we got a baseline record of her pulse range for the future. Anyway, if she’s not using it then no point in keeping it.
So if anyone is interested in my wife‘s Apple Watch 7 41mm GPS send me a message. It's in very good condition and I'm only selling it as I had got another one myself (and I AM a watch person). Has pretty much the same sensors as latest Series 9 that came out before Xmas except no sensor for body temperature. Will be reset to factory settings and I’m happy to help with the setup. Pickup in Green Bay (we are opposite Green Bay High School).

I dont bear a grudge insurance companies having to increase their policies but for long time service people 29.7% is totally unacceptable and should be taken up with the Insurance Ombudsman. If anybody can point me to the Ombudsman I would be very much appreciated. Other insurance companies are the same - Wow what a surprise!
They keep blaming Gabrielle but fur us and especially on a pension, being long term members (my wife is 42 years) with 1 or 2 claims none of which were my fault is unaffordable and unless the Superannuation is increased accordingly there is no way that we will find it viable to hold on to a car and lose independence Again attack the old
Can somebody please help me in finding the right person to talk to (even though it will probably do no good but at least try) AND even organise a protest of some kind that would get national tv involved.
Any help and advice would be really appreciated and the old saying is "Put something good out and always some good will come back"
PLEASE HELP
