Just letting you know there are yoga classes at Sukha Yoga 4 Tiaka Place, Pakuranga.

$25 a class. Equipment are provided like mats, bolsters, blocks, blankets, belts. The studio is equipped with aircon/heatpump, so don't you worry about the summer's heat.
Saturdays at 845am.

Thursdays 530pm. >>> First Thursdays class is on 29 February 2024 at 530pm, leap year class.

Tuesdays 515pm are experienced yogis which is always full.

Come and attend! This will address our issues like people who are always seated while working.
