Upcoming Free Introductory Meditation W/shops
Get inspired about the spiritual side of life and participate in one of two upcoming free meditation course options, with guest teachers covering the essential steps and most important secrets in getting you started. Each repeat course will cover a wide canvas of meditation practices including breath control, visualisation, mantras, heart centre meditation; the main branches and paths of yoga; and how to bring the benefits of meditation into daily life.
