Maltese delightful dog, Louie, about 4 yrs.

Elizabeth from Ponsonby

Hi all, I am looking to rehome a small (maybe 4kg) Maltese dog who was from a litter of my dog. I have rescued him from a hostile household but I have 3 dogs and cannot care full-time. He is little, so sweet, so friendly to all dogs( not yappy at all at dog park, loves to meet all shapes and sizes). He is honestly the sweetest dog and I actually raised him but feel he needs better care than what he was getting. photo is of his father, Louie is a bit smaller. Ive had him with me and my 3 small dogs for 3 weeks and he has been perfect. He is a lovely dog and a purebred. He is very affectionate and cuddly. I'd love to have him if free on occasion as we have a bond too.

Poll: Should all neighbours have to contribute to improvements?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

An Auckland court has ruled a woman doesn’t have to contribute towards the cost of fixing a driveway she shares with 10 neighbours.

When thinking about fences, driveways or tree felling, for example, do you think all neighbours should have to pay if the improvements directly benefit them?
