So many idiots are still doing this when the Temps reach 30 degrees.
If the pavement is too hot for you to walk on in bare feet it's far too hot for the poor dog. Dog has bare feet and massive fur coat.
Get up early. Walk the dog before 8am
Or
Walk the dog at 8pm.
It's common sense.
