I am running a GoGetFunding campaign to raIse urgent funds for Gordon and Sarah Macrae, friends of mine. Gordon collapsed with a catastrophic brain bleed, which resulted in the removal of his frontal lobe. He is now in full time care and will remain in care for a very long time. This leaves his wife Sarah to manage and support their four young children alone.

From the intricate harmonies of Bach’s Baroque masterpiece to Schubert’s Romantic lyricism, and the jazzy rhythms of Gershwin’s iconic ‘An American in Paris’. Calefax, hailing from the Netherlands, are thrilled to be performing the world premiere of a newly CMNZ-commissioned work from award-winning New Zealand composer Rosie Langabeer.

Top tips when an emergency services vehicle approaches with lights and sirens:
🚑 You are required by law to pull to the side of the road and stop as soon as it is safe to do so.
🚔 If the lights and siren of the Police vehicle continue past you, you can resume your journey.
🚒 Make sure you check the road is clear before moving on.

They are sweet and very bright - they are playful, but also love cuddles.
