Owner from Balance for Life

At Balance for life we offer three signature sessions
Holistic massage 90 min
Incl
Kinesiology muscle tests
Reiki
Foot reflexology
Guided meditation
This session is best for those seeking deep relaxation and energy balance. Helps with sleep, tension, feeling unsettled and out of sorts and is a great way to connect within.

Kinesiology balance 1 hr
A kinesiology balance helps to identify physical, mental, chemical, energetic or other stressors and blocks that need to be addressed to reach a specific goal . It’s a highly specialised session and caters to your individual needs

Hypnotherapy 1hr
By using the natural “trance“ state and specific suggestions pertinent to your desired outcome we bring about gentle change by bypassing the conscious / critical mind which often holds one in a undesired pattern which is not solved with reason.
Hypnotherapy can help with almost anything. I mostly help clients with
Anxiety
Sleep
Confidence
Fear of flying
Stop smoking
Stop nail biting

Book your session today. Txt 02102218085 or leave a message here..

Poll: 🤖 What skills do you think give a CV the ultimate edge in a robot-filled workplace?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Reserve Bank has shared some pretty blunt advice: there’s no such thing as a “safe” job anymore 🛟😑

Robots are stepping into repetitive roles in factories, plants and warehouses. AI is taking care of the admin tasks that once filled many mid-level office jobs.

We want to know: As the world evolves, what skills do you think give a CV the ultimate edge in a robot-filled workplace?

Poll: Should complete designs be shared with the public, or should the community help shape the designs from the start?

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

The Post recently shared an opinion piece on the Harbour Crossing and why a more democratic approach might be needed 🚗🚲👟

While most decisions sit within the political arena, many organisations—like NZTA—manage long-term projects that go beyond party lines. Politics can sometimes disrupt progress, and the next Harbour Crossing is a big decision that will affect all Aucklanders.

We’d love your thoughts: Should near-complete, shovel-ready designs be shared with the public, or should the community have a hand in shaping the designs from the start?

Lost blue embossed scarf

Andrea Neighbourly Lead from St Heliers

Hi Everyone. Just on the off chance someone may have spotted my very pretty scarf/ stole, I am trying Neighbourly as a means to find it. It is a light blue colour with gold bumble bees embossed on top . It may have slipped off my shoulders without me realising. My mobile is 021-817-246 and fingers crossed it may turn up. Thank you.
