Kia ora Neighbours, When is urban not urban? That was one of the biggest debates when Auckland's latest rate rise was set at an average 5 per cent. There's extra pain for thousands of fringe properties now rated urban, when they say they are not getting an urban "deal". Are you ? Read the story below:

Lost watch - found it :-)
I lost my watch this morning, possibly on the Heritage Trail in Stonefields, between the Magma Cres entrance, and the top of the steps up from Barbarich Dr. Its an analogue watch, (with hands), (Olympic I think) with a gold coloured wrist band. If found, please contact me on 0210355449. Thank you!
