3 Volumes: Sybil, Alroy and Ixion and Coningsby, New Edition: Benjamin Disraeli. Published 1870s.

Dale from Panmure

On offer; Three brown and gilt hardbound volumes of Benjamin Disraeli's 'Sybil' or 'The Two Nations'; 'Alroy and Ixion' described further as comprising 'Alroy; Ixion In Heaven'; 'The Infernal Marriage' and 'Popanilla''; and 'Coningsby' or 'The New Generation'.

Chat GPT advises that these 3 volumes form part of the Longmans Collected New Edition, which was issued between the years 1870 and 1877. In all likelihood probably between 1871-1874. As such, each volume is in remarkable condition for its age. The spines are intact, slight furrowing at top of spine. Edging of leaves are gilt.

Publisher: Longmans, Green & Co.
Printers: Ballantyne, Hanson and Co.

Chat GPT places an estimated value on these of NZ$140-NZ$240, on the basis of their described condition.

Price: $120

We want to know: Should mining projects like this move ahead?
