Hi Folks
Wellbeing is my passion and I am here help people take charge of their health and wellbeing and live a healthy, happy and fruitful life. Simple, yet effective and holistic tools like yoga, meditation and breath work has many benefits.
We currently have a community class in South Auckland
Venue: Alan Brewster Leisure Centre
Time & Day: Every Wednesday 6.30pm - 7.30pm
Cost: $10 per session
Age: 12+
Yoga style: Hatha Yoga
Level: Beginners & Intermediate

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
