Griffin's Papakura are seeking their next production superstars across their night shift. We need people with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills who are reliable and love machines to be a part of our manufacturing journey.

- Permanent, full-time roles Monday to Friday
- Papakura location
- Fixed graveyard shift: 12.05am - 8.05am

Machine Operator:
With a demonstrated mechanical aptitude, you will operate high-speed FMCG manufacturing machinery, set-up/troubleshoot machinery and have a great eye for detail with an initiative for continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will have solid numeracy and literacy skills with a high level of accuracy and enjoy physical work in a fast-paced team environment.

The Operators we are looking for:
- Have manufacturing/machine operation experience - including machine set-up, operation and troubleshooting
- Are physically fit (heavy lifting is required - 10kgs to 25kgs approx.)
- Are passionate about manufacturing and have a positive 'can-do' attitude
- Can write up quality checks and production calculations
- Can work in a fast-paced environment safely, effectively and productively
- Show initiative and get involved in continuous improvement
- Are proficient with computers and comfortable with technology
- Get on well with others and build good relationships

Night-time chipsealing works on SH2

NZ Transport Agency (NZTA)

From 9 to 17 February, stop/go traffic management will be in place on SH2 between McPherson Road and Dimmock Road on multiple nights between 9pm and 5am (Sundays to Thursdays).

During the day, all lanes will be open, but speed restrictions will apply to allow the chipseal to set and to protect vehicles travelling over the newly laid surface.

There may be delays to your journey when travelling through the area. This is weather dependent so check NZTA Journey Planner before you travel.
