Papatoetoe Historical Society museum will be open today Sunday
5 July 2020 from 2- 4 pm. A unique opportunity to explore our local history. Interesting displays, quiz & scavenger hunt for children. Come to The Depot, 91 Cambridge Tce, Papatoetoe.The museum is open every Wednesday from 10 am to 12 noon and the first Sunday of the month from 2-4 pm. We look forward to seeing you.

Mainly Music (Sing & Sign) @Elevate
Mainly Music (Sing & Sign) at Elevate is for whānau with disabilities and tamariki with disabilities. Come join us and have fun learning and singing with your pēpi (baby) and tamariki (child).
Begins 9 February 2026. Monday each week during the school term at 10:00am, followed by morning tea and play time at Elevate Christian Disability Trust, 173 Mt Smart Rd, Onehunga, Auckland.

As reported in the Post, there’s a $30 million funding gap in financial mentoring. This has led to services closing and mentors stepping in unpaid just to keep helping people in need 🪙💰🪙
One proposed solution? Small levies on industries that profit from financial hardship — like banks, casinos, and similar companies.
