Please select YES or NO on the poll below if you believe we should have speed inhibitors placed in Plumley Crescent.
I was advised by Auckland Transport last year that they would not look at the Plumley Crescent due to the following
From 2019, we’ve focused on reducing vehicle speeds in residential areas rather than single streets.
We choose our priority areas based on:
the number of crashes
safety risk
traffic speed
land use
concerns from residents and elected representatives.
My late mother (rest in peace) had done a petition a few years ago and had taken to the local MP office and it wasn't even considered.
Now down Plumley Crescent as we all know we have multiple heavy vehicles, and domestic vehicles travelling down the street all the time.
We have concerns around the safety of our community (families of Plumley) and would like to see some type of positive change to prevent any awful incidents from happening.
If we can all pull together I'd be happy to present this data back to Auckland Transport as this will at least help to support a petition to have it considered, and hopefully done.
I know I may need more data not just a poll e.g. videos etc proving what happens on the street to support the petition, but this is a really good place to start.
***IF YOU LIVE ON PLUMLEY CRESCENT OR HAVE FAMILY OR FRIENDS THAT DO AND YOU WANT TO SEE SOME CHANGE TO CALMING THE SPEED LIMITS ON OUR STREET - PLEASE VOTE BELOW***
Thank you my fellow residents.
If you want you can message me any ideas, or if you can please assist please vote. I'm looking to use change.org to make an actual petition and will post up on this site.

Still, it wasn’t until 1948, a final name change and a trademark that Butts finally began to produce the game.
