Why choose Benchmark Mortgages as your Financial Advisor?
The answer is simple: I have gone through the home-buying journey myself and can share my experiences and expertise with all my clients.
Having bought my first property over ten years ago and a few more properties over the years, I have gone through numerous scenarios in the buying-selling process.
I have gone through an open bridge application and a same-day settlement. I know what can go wrong and how stressful it can be.
This is where I make the process as seamless as possible for my clients. The Benchmark service does not stop on the approval of your loan or when we confirm the loan structure to your bank, it is a long-term partnership.
When clients come through looking for funding for renovations or seeking construction funding, I can share my experiences and let them know realistic time frames, costs involved, and what lenders look for as I have been there myself.
The process of doing a house renovation or a construction project can be difficult which is why it is crucial to have the right team behind you.
At Benchmark Mortgages we provide solutions to our customer's problems. We are out-of-the-box mortgage advisors, which is why many of our clients come through to secure specific funding requirements.

Poll: Should we ditch daylight saving? 🕰️
First introduced in New Zealand in 1927 with the passing of the Summer Time Act, it's what we know as 'Daylight Saving' and this year it ends on the first Sunday in April.
While we do get to sleep in this time around, some people would like to scrap the clock tinkering for good.
And why? Some evidence suggests the time changes are bad for our health as they mess with sleep patterns leading to short-term fatigue and affecting mood. Meanwhile the hour change is frustrating for farmers and a nightmare for getting the littlies to sleep. But what's your take?
-
31.5% Yes - get rid of the clock changes
-
67.6% No, I enjoy it
-
0.9% Other - I'll share below
