How to rent a house easier in Auckland?

Kia Ora Everyone,

myself and my family are looking for a place to rent from last month as our current landlord is demolishing to build new one, time to leave so thought I would check if anyone knows of anything coming up. We are a family of 4, two adults and two kids, Would be looking for something 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom rental property for between $400-$500. Mainly Mt Roskill/Hillsborough/Lynfield/Onehunga Sandringham or near suburbs.
