How to rent a house easier in Auckland?

Mariyaraj from Mount Roskill

Kia Ora Everyone,

myself and my family are looking for a place to rent from last month as our current landlord is demolishing to build new one, time to leave so thought I would check if anyone knows of anything coming up. We are a family of 4, two adults and two kids, Would be looking for something 2 bedrooms + 1 bathroom rental property for between $400-$500. Mainly Mt Roskill/Hillsborough/Lynfield/Onehunga Sandringham or near suburbs. We are a non-smoking, quiet family and can provide excellent references, Please PM me if you know of anything suitable coming- would love to hear from you so the nesting can begin! Thanks!

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
