Bodylight Mindfulness Flow - 6 weeks course
A unique fusion of Mindfulness meditation, Yoga and qigong flow. (no yoga experience required). Present moment experience through breath awareness and gentle movement.
In these classes, you will find traditional mindfulness techniques weaved together with yoga to encourage breath-body-mind connection, sharpened mental focus, stress reduction, relaxation and to support healing.
Learn to develop inner peace and a calm mind that come from regular mindfulness practice.

Lost blue embossed scarf
Hi Everyone. Just on the off chance someone may have spotted my very pretty scarf/ stole, I am trying Neighbourly as a means to find it. It is a light blue colour with gold bumble bees embossed on top . It may have slipped off my shoulders without me realising. My mobile is 021-817-246 and fingers crossed it may turn up. Thank you.
