Wonderful St Heliers Bay home, 3 mins from the beach and shops needs another flatmate.
We are 2 friendly mature ladies offering a double bedroom for rent. Our home has 3 large bedrooms with a large living room and deck. Kitchen and dining area with a courtyard and tropical garden, a real sun trap.
There’s lots of space for alone time plus gatherings, we also have off street parking.
Our space is available from Easter onwards.
The rent is $325 plus utilities. The room is unfurnished, the house is furnished and we do have storage areas.

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
