Mums and Bubs Pilates - what do you want?
Hi! We are looking to add to our timetable with more mums and bubs pilates classes - where you can bring your baby and come and do Pilates! We would love to hear more about YOU would like in a class like this!
So if you are a mama who would love to do Pilates the following info would really help us out...
What sort of times and days would work best?
Are you interested in mat or reformer or a combo?
Are you wanting to use Pilates to help your post natal recovery, or are you recovered and wanting a stronger work out?
What sort of duration works best?
Any thoughts or comments we would love to hear! We are a friendly, encouraging, peaceful studio with small groups, and lots of personal attention. We love connecting to the community around us, so if you are ever walk by and we are not with a client or class please feel free to pop in!

The Environmental Protection Authority announced this week that a proposed mine in Central Otago (near Cromwell) is about to enter its fast-track assessment process. A final decision could come within six months, and if itβs approved, construction might start as early as mid-2026.
We want to know: Should mining projects like this move ahead?
