Tired of aches and pains? Pilates can really help!
Aches and pains certainly slow you down and make life a little harder. But a regular movement practice can really address your bodys need to move and stay supple.
Pilates teaches you awareness, how to stabilize and mobilize at the same time, it gives you the regular practice of moving your spine fully and works to strengthen the muscles around your joints - so it increases your stability AND your flexibility. It makes a huge difference to your daily postures, your balance and even increases your coordination and control.
ONFORM Pilates + Physio has opened in Eltham Rd, Kohimarama and we work with people at all stages whether you are a complete beginner, a regular mover, an athlete or rehabbing from injury.
There are a couple of ways to start! If you are a confident mover you can join in on any of our Reformer Level 1 or Map Open classes. Take advantage of our opening special - new client deal - 2 Reformer sessions for $45.
We also have a private Introductory session you can start with. This is a 55 minute private where we teach you the Pilates principals, how to use a Reformer and feel confident. Intro sessions are $85. If you buy a 10 pass Reformer card after an intro session, we take $10 off the card price.
If you would like to use Pilates to help with your rehab from pain or injury, you work with our Physio for an initial assessment and then a block of private sessions, towards your own personal goals.
If you are interested and want to know you, feel free to message, email or call! We'd love to assist.
