Public meeting on 8 storey Mission Bay development

Don Stock from Mission Bay - Kohimarama Residents Association

The Mission Bay Kohimarama Residents' Association is holding a public meeting to discuss the proposed 8 storey development in Mission Bay.

Wednesday 3 October at 7 pm
Selwyn College Theatre

We will show photos from around Mission Bay that will illustrate just how prominent and dominant this development will be, talk about the benefits and problems we see, and help you understand both the resource consent process and what you can do to have your say.

As the first large non-conforming development application in the area under the Unitary Plan, the outcome will set a precedent for all future development, not just in MIssion Bay but all along Tamaki Drive, and throughout the eastern suburbs and beyond. So if we want to have any influence over how our suburbs will look in the future, now is the time to get involved.
