Stage 2 works Tamaki Drive – Ngapipi Road intersection
Tamaki Drive – Ngapipi Road intersection works are running ahead of schedule and are starting stage 2 four weeks early.
The road layout will change during stage 2 works.
Road layout changes from 26 September
Weather permitting, a new road layout will be in place from Tuesday, 26 September. It will have the same number of lanes, but these will narrow on the approach to Ngapipi Road.
The speed limit will be reduced to 30km/h and traffic delays can be expected. Please approach the intersection with care and watch out for pedestrians and cyclists.
Pedestrian and cycling facilities will also be retained, but the shared path on Tamaki Drive and footpath on Ngapipi Road will also narrow.
