Browning Auto Repairs

We are looking for a dedicated and intelligent part-time Office Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for welcoming guests and handling bookings on-call and online. Also, you should be able to receive walk-ins.
You should be able to instruct and communicate with other team members and keep them in the loop of any customer requests. Adhere to the industry and hygiene standards at all times.
You should display good time management and organizational skills to perform in this role. You should also be able to multitask and make quick decisions. You should be well-groomed and hold a presentable demeanour at all times.

Responsibilities

- Handling and confirming online and telephone bookings
- Receiving walk-ins
- Taking customer requests and ensuring the completion
- Invoicing, quoting & ordering
- Responding to any customer queries, reviews, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining industry and hygiene standards at all times
- General office duties as required


Requirements

- No experience needed, but Who is willing to be trained
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good time management and organizational skills
- A well-groomed individual with a welcoming personality
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Strong decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented individual
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Has a positive approach & demonstrates high professional standards
