Yoga and Meditation class for a healthy body and Mind starting from 17th February 2021
Namaskar, Yoga is an all-round discipline to keep our mind and body healthy. A weak mind and body are attacked by negativity which we called a virus. Prevention is better than cure. Now, most of the diseases are caused by psychic problems such as stress, anxiety, tension, depression, etc. We will share our experience on how to keep yourself healthy and fit to fight against pandemics. The classes are every Wednesday with a volunteer donation(Koha). If you are interested, please book your space in advance. We are going to start on 17th February 2021(Wednesday).
