Kaden developed a 'give-it-ago' attitude during his Wilderness Adventure when one of his friends introduced him to Chess. Having never played before, Kaden kept practicing with his new friend, decided to enter a tournament for fun and ended up winning! An awesome accomplishment.

TOPIC: Discovering the path of mantras and music
Meditation requires an emptying or stilling of the mind’s incessant chatter – no easy task for most practitioners! Another way is quite the opposite, filling the mind, inspiring the mind with mantras/sacred chants that leave no room for distracting thoughts. These can be as chants or as simple songs, aligning the mind with the spiritual energies of the heart.
Mantras are a simple, powerful way of meditating - this evening we’ll introduce several mantras to help awaken the inner life, and to share an effective, helpful new understanding of meditation.

We are travelers at the end of long, unremembered journeys – no need to look back or remember, but rather to understand where our individual journeys are intended to take us.
These Thursday sessions offer periods of both guided and silent meditation, cover a wide canvas of meditation techniques to help you find your own unique path, and look at lifestyle positives that will support your journey of discovery.

He doesn't have a collar as he keeps taking them off but he is Microchipped . We live at the top of Norfolk street , but we are unsure how far he Roams but always comes home . Hes social and friendly and will purr around your legs but not too much into being patted . He has tabby markings quite fluffy and lanky with a bushy tail . If anyone has seen him please let us know
