Why is TheWarehouse so expensive?
I thought TheWarehouse wanted to bring competition to the food market in NZ - instead they are MORE expensive than CountDown, NewWorld, PaknSave etc.
Example: 1.5 kg Chelsea White Sugar $4, Whittaker 250 g chocolate $6.50, Tararua butter for $8, or two for $9,80? How is that "better" than the other supermarkets?
Even their famous $4 Butter has disappeared.
Can someone explain this?
