Elea Artisan Olive Oil
Elea Olive Oil was characterised as among the three most outstanding Greek cold pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oils in the book 'The Flavours of Olive Oil' written by Deborah Krasner. It was voted among the three most outstanding specifically for its flavour. Elea Olive Oil is a true Artisan oil, as the estate is small and family owned, the trees are tended and harvested with great care. Only traditional methods are used. The estate lies in the sun drenched hills of Greece's Mani Peninsula and owned by the Katsetos family since 1860.
The Natural Health Co. now has this beautiful oil in store. It is USDA organic and non GMO. Available in 500ml or 1L.

First introduced in New Zealand in 1927 with the passing of the Summer Time Act, it's what we know as 'Daylight Saving' and this year it ends on the first Sunday in April.
While we do get to sleep in this time around, some people would like to scrap the clock tinkering for good.
And why? Some evidence suggests the time changes are bad for our health as they mess with sleep patterns leading to short-term fatigue and affecting mood. Meanwhile the hour change is frustrating for farmers and a nightmare for getting the littlies to sleep. But what's your take?
