Let's exercise like it's April 2020
Lockdown highlighted for me the mental and physical benefits of exercise. I'm hoping I remember the lesson and continue to prioritise staying physically active as life fills up again.
I mainly potter around behind the scenes at Dance Domain, but Alert Level 3 saw me brush the dust of my ballet gear and dance in our live-streamed classes 5 days a week (ouch!).
The goal for the rest of 2020? Keep the dust off the leotards. Keep dancing. Keep happy and healthy and fit.
