Surf Lifesaving chief exectuive Mark Williams said there is a constant risk particularly when offshore winds are blowing.
He recommends taking great care and extra vigilance around the use of such flotation devices, which are a popular Christmas present, especially by young children who can very quickly be pushed out of their depth.

With some raw fruits such as peach, nectarine and kiwifruit, the colour will change and ice cream will not look so attractive.
To serve, It’s best to take the ice cream out of the freezer.

3 Egg whites
250 ml Cream
