Has anyone noticed how depressing the 'news' are nowadays? We seem to be getting very little positive information, little, if any, good news. Even the weather is bad.
I looked at the first page on both the New Zealand Herald and Stuff a couple of moments ago and it was miserable:
NZH - 4 x crime, 3 x economic downturn, 1 x possible slave labour, 2 x gossip and 1 x agriculture.
Stuff - 1 x crime, 1 x debatable sacking, 1 x covid death, 1 x racism and 1 x sport.
New Zealand seems to be on the downhill spiral with nothing to look forward to. For goodness sake, let's have some happiness.
